• All pre-set buffets are priced for a minimum of 25 people. All menu items may be picked up for no charge.
• A service charge of $50.00 will be applied for delivery, set up and pickup of the catering equipment.
• All menu items will have an additional
•7% sales tax + 1% food and beverage tax added to the bill.
• Gourmet Serviceware and Roll Top Chafers are included in all Hot and Cold Buffets (#1-5).
• Gourmet Serviceware is included in all Cold Buffets (#6-8).

“Build your own Buffet”
• Chafing Units with water pans, covers, serving utensils and fuel are available for rent.
• Gourmet Roll Top Chafers $12 each Standard Chafers $6 each
• Gourmet Serviceware is available for $2.25 per person

A credit card damage deposit hold is required on all catering equipment.
